In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one phjl5 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using different email addresses or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including real money funds pending KYC review.

phjl5 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials, except where such access is demonstrated to be the direct result of phjl5's own negligence or system breach.

All financial transactions on phjl5 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phjl5 accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your phjl5 account dashboard.
• phjl5 does not charge fees for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently of phjl5.

Currency and Conversion

phjl5 operates exclusively in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied within the platform. If your payment card is denominated in a foreign currency, your card issuer's prevailing exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees will apply on their end. phjl5 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or issuer-applied fees.

Withdrawal requests on phjl5 are subject to the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. No withdrawal will be processed from any account that has not successfully completed KYC, regardless of the amount requested.

KYC Documentation Required

• A valid, government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS, PRC ID, or Voter's ID) showing your full name and date of birth.

General Bonus Conditions

• Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire after a defined period. Unused bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
• Real money funds deposited into your account will be used before bonus funds for wagering purposes unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phjl5 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, phjl5 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s) and forfeit all balances therein.

• Registering an account while under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one phjl5 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage not available to regular users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets in live dealer games to exploit the house edge or bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the phjl5 platform. Identified vulnerabilities must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Depositing or using funds that are derived from, or intended to facilitate, any criminal or unlawful activity, including money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phjl5 staff, customer support agents, or other Members in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on phjl5 without first contacting phjl5 support to resolve the matter.

All content on phjl5.net — including but not limited to the phjl5 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of phjl5 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phjl5.net solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from phjl5.net without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate phjl5.
• Use phjl5 branding or trademarks in any context outside of direct reference to the platform without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjl5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phjl5 platform or Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, phjl5 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings not yet credited to a Member's account.
• Loss of data or account information caused by events outside phjl5's direct control.
• Delays or failures in service resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
• Losses attributable to a Member's failure to maintain account security as required under Section 5.
• Errors in game display that are immediately corrected and do not result in an actual financial loss to the Member.

phjl5's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to phjl5 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjl5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Members. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. phjl5 recognizes that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and the platform provides tools and resources to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control spending. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased only after a 72-hour cooling-off period.

phjl5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute not resolved with phjl5 support prior to escalation.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Detection of multiple account ownership or identity misrepresentation.

Upon account closure due to a breach, any real money balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with phjl5's regulatory obligations. Where funds are determined to be proceeds of fraud, prohibited conduct, or money laundering, they will not be returned and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Voluntary Closure

Members may voluntarily close their phjl5 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Before closure, any remaining real money balance (net of pending bonus wagering) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

Dispute Resolution Process

phjl5 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on phjl5.net with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes that significantly affect Member rights or obligations, phjl5 will provide notice to registered Members via their registered email address or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The notice period for material changes will be no less than seven (7) days, except where immediate amendments are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of phjl5 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 15 of these Terms.
